What this service is

Loopis is an exchange between independent sites. A member shows clearly labeled recommendations for other members on their site, and in return has their own pages recommended elsewhere.

The service is in an early, pre-launch stage. Features, numbers and these terms will change.

Your account and your sites

You may connect only sites you control. A site counts as yours once our script loads on its domain; until then anyone may hold an unverified draft of it.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the content of the pages you ask us to promote.

What you allow us to do

Read the public pages of sites you connect or ask us to analyze, in order to classify them and to write promotional copy from them.

Show recommendations for other members in the places on your site where you put our script or slots, labeled as promoted.

Show promotions for your pages, using your site name, icon and copy we wrote from your pages, on other members’ sites.

You can hide any creative, pause any growth, and remove the script at any time.

Growth credit

Growth credit is a unit of value inside the network. It is earned when your visitors see and follow recommendations, and spent when other sites send visitors to you.

It is not money. It cannot be bought, cashed out, transferred to anyone else, or exchanged for anything outside the service. It has no value outside the service.

Credit you earn is held for up to 72 hours before you can spend it. Credit granted as a bonus expires 90 days after it is granted.

We may reduce, hold or remove credit that came from invalid traffic, and correct balances where our accounting was wrong.

What you must not do

Generate views, clicks or visits artificially — with software, by paying or asking people to click, or by clicking yourself.

Hide, restyle or remove the label on a recommendation, or present it as your own editorial content.

Connect or promote content the ads policy does not accept.

Interfere with the service or try to obtain credit you did not earn.

Estimates and results

Figures shown before you connect a site, and any figure marked as an estimate, are estimates based on stated assumptions. They are not a promise of traffic, value or income.

Suspension and ending

We may limit or suspend a site or account that breaks these terms or whose traffic appears invalid, and will say which. You may stop using the service at any time; unused credit is not paid out.
